Why do we get sick?

45 years ago, oxygen (O2) levels in our blood was up to 47%, today the oxygen levels in our blood is between 13% - 20%, an alarming drop of 34%! In 1926, two times Nobel Prize Winner for Medicine, Dr. Otto Warburg of the Kaizer Institute in Berlin, announced to the world that the cause of cancer is a lack of oxygen at the cellular level in the body. In fact he proved that humans are at risk when this level drops below the 40% mark! Since then numerous medical scientists has proved over and over that in fact most diseases are caused due to this lack of oxygen in the body!

Some causes of the lack of oxygen in our bodies are:

• Shallow Breathing
• Lack of Exercise
• Decreased Blood Circilation
• Air Polution
• Smoking
• Drugs
• Stress
• Unhealthy Diet
